GaN Power Board

Si Power Board
During my senior year at the University of Tennessee Knoxville I designed and built the power electronics for an electric bike with a team of two other students for a senior elective. The project consisted of a boost converter to step up the battery voltage and a three-phase motor driver to power the BLDC motor. We built two designs for our boost converter, one with GaN HEMFETS and the other with Si MOSFETS. I documented the design and results in my bachelor's thesis.
